- Invacare Ergo Medley electric profiling bed with Invacare Softform Premier Active 2 airflow mattress (with cot sides) - one in each ground floor bedroom
- Guldmann H-frame ceiling tracking hoist in wet room and 2 downstairs bedrooms ( i. we do not provide slings so please bring your own, our hoists use looped slings, ii. we cannot provide training for carers in the use of our hoists we therefore ask that you are familiar in the use of hoists before using them)
- Clos-o-Mat toilet
